Error - 'Unable to establish connection to Medical Director' while trying to open Clinical

Problem

Unable to open Zedmed Clinical with the error message 'Unable to establish connection to Medical Director' when the site is using Zedmed Clinical and not Medical Director.

Solution

  1. Open Zedmed Office. Go to Utilities - Third Party Links

  2. Check - 'When Medications is clicked' will be selected as Open Medical Director (DDE)

  3. Change the selection to Open in Zedmed Clinical

  4. Try to open Clinical and patient details in Clinical
